About Me

I started writing and sharing these emails while working as a summer student at a non-profit organization. In my first few weeks of work I found I was learning so much about so many health-related things, that I needed to find a way to share this information with my family and friends. The focus of the organization was primarily brain science, and the emails I sent out centred around emerging research in: early childhood brain development, mental health, addiction and overall wellness.
